Katie is the queen bee at The Bee-stro, often doing admin but hopefully popping into the kitchen, she aims to keep things running smoothly. Spot her typing or rushing about the shop!

Pam is a manager here at The Bee-stro. Fairly new to the restaurant business, she is always up for a chat. Spot her reading on a white chair or chatting to a guest!

As a sous chef, Ocean runs our kitchen on a day to day basis. They are fun and creative, always dancing and keeping everyone motivated. You can spot them smiling in the kitchen! 

You will always see Leo smiling, even in the weeds! As a CDP, Leo supports our sous every step of the way. He is a calming force in the kitchen, keeping everyone going. You can spot him baking a loaf in the kitchen!

Kat may be small but she is a firecracker! As a CDP, she is one step behind our sous, anticipating the next order. She is often getting everything sorted behind the scenes. Spot her moving quickly around the kitchen!

No one is more organised in the kitchen than Lolo. If you see a neat labelled container, you know it was him! Always eager to learn and grow you can spot Lorenzo doing prep in the kitchen!

Quiet and sweet, Nini wants to be the dessert queen of the shop! Although she loves the desserts, she is prepping away in all sections. Spot Nini prepping sweet & savoury in the kitchen!

Nasiphi is a new chef, but she is learning fast. Bringing a silly and light energy to the kitchen, Nasiphi is keen to learn a new dish or technique. Spot her grilling or calling an order at the pass!

Recently promoted, Sindy is now a chef! Learning and growing on the job, Sindy has a strong base in the kitchen while she builds all of her skills. Spot Sindy learning something new in the kitchen!

An attentive barista, Zac will always give extra attention to your coffee or drink. Always with a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye, spot Zac behind the bar!

Experienced and excitable, Patience is incredibly bubbly. She is very keen to make sure you have an excellent experience. Newly promoted, spot her smiling in the restaurant!

Anna is our occasional hostess. Lover of all things plant and animal, Anna is also the most social and smiley person around. She will find you a seat and perhaps offer you a fact about the wetlands. Spot her at the entrance with a smile!

Dioleen is an aspiring diva. She has high standards for herself and her co-workers and is always striving for a great experience. Spot her looking great at the doors of the restaurant!

If vivascious was a person. Prisca is full of life and always has something to say. Always in the action, spot Prisca chatting with guests on the piazza!

She may seems quiet at first, but trust me Tina has a lot to say. From her favourite dish on the menu to her best cocktail, spot Tina chatting up a storm!

Fefe is beautiful inside and out. Always well put together, she is keen to help in any area that needs her. Spot Fefe giggling in the restaurant!

Also known as mama, Nokozola is one of our scullers but also wants to learn everything in the kitchen. Spot her scrubbing in the back of the kitchen!

Munashe is an all rounder. He has a knack for finding the place he is most needed and being effective in that role. Currently a sculler and runner with his eye on a position in the front, spot Munashe doing a little bit of everything!

Quiet and sweet, Jacqueline is effective and fast. Keeping the kitchen churning over by scrubbing up a storm, spot Jacky washing up in the scullery!
